Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and chargebacks for credits purchased on Try This Skill.

1. Digital Goods

• All credits purchased on the Service are considered digital goods.
• Due to the immediate consumable nature of credits and the irretrievable cost of AI generation, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

2. Failed Generations

• If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits reserved for that generation will be automatically returned to your account.
• No refund of monetary payment will be issued for failed generations; only credits are restored.

3. Accidental Purchases

• If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.
• We will review accidental purchase claims on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• There are no recurring subscriptions in the current Service offering.
• If subscriptions are introduced in the future, you may cancel at any time and continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks

• We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
• Accounts with excessive or unwarranted chargebacks may be suspended.

6. Statutory Rights

• Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable local laws.
