2. Credits and Payments

• Credits are virtual tokens used to access AI generation features.
• Credits can be purchased through our payment provider (Creem) or granted as welcome/bonus credits.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Credits have no monetary value and are not transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Bypass AI usage limits or rate limits.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated via the Service is provided "as is".
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content; you retain rights to use it per applicable laws and our Skill licensing terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, source code, and brand, is owned by us.
• User-submitted content remains the property of the user.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
